Sensus WPD FS Flow Sensor 130°C is a robust bulk flow sensor designed for accurate measurement of hot water in heating and industrial systems with stable, high-volume flow conditions. Built for durability and long-term performance, it maintains reliable measurement accuracy across demanding operating environments.
Available in sizes DN 40 to DN 300, the WPD FS supports flexible installation in horizontal, vertical, or inclined pipelines, with both short and long body configurations to suit site constraints. For billing-critical applications, selected sizes (DN 50 to DN 150) are MID-approved (2014/32/EU MI-004), ensuring compliance with regulated energy measurement requirements.
The WPD FS Flow Sensor can be equipped with up to three pulse outputs (1x OD, 2x RD), enabling seamless integration into energy management, monitoring, and billing systems. Designed specifically for hot process water up to 130°C, it provides a reliable foundation for thermal energy measurement in district heating and large-scale building applications.
